Dissapointed. We purchased a Ford Transit in 2025 for our business. It has aprox 21,000 miles on it and the motor has failed. We have had 3 oil changes all wit We purchased a Ford Transit in 2025 for our business. It has aprox 21,000 miles on it and the motor has failed. We have had 3 oil changes all within 6,000 miles and we are told they (Riley Ford) will not honor warranty on the motor. They claim it has been run with low oil. Yet they also acknowledge that warning lights should come on well before a dangerous situation would occur. They also mentioned they saw no lights. When asked if we could reach out to Ford to try and push this through, we were told, "it's our decision and we don't want to". To top it off, we are told they won't take credit card payment for the diagnostic charge to assess the issue. We deal with Ford dealers in multiple states, and all accept our card for payments. In fact another dealership has offered to process the warranty and stand up for us. I guess we'll be buying vehicles from other dealerships going forward. More
