This wasn't an easy task since we wanted a 2019 and the stock on hand was very limited. He was so professional, so calm and ZERO pressure sales. I too was in the market for a new Chevy Equinox or Traverse. Jimmy was so kind and took all the time we needed to answer questions and show us options. My son purchased his Spark and a week later I was back test driving the Equinox. After a few days of a bit back and forth with Jimmy via my text messages and emails of questions and inquiring about other makes and models, Jimmy was continually patient with me and 100% attentive with not an ounce of pressure to buy!!! Most people shy away from buying a new car because of the high pressure sales and the never ending barrage of sales pitches. We were so pleased with our experience that we came back the next day with my mother-in-law and traded in our Silverado for a Jeep for her birthday gift.
