Riser Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

I went in thinking I had a power wheel steering issue. Was sent to the waiting area and finally after about an hour and a half Bo came in and told me that it was not my power steering it was the Idler and Was sent to the waiting area and finally after about an hour and a half Bo came in and told me that it was not my power steering it was the Idler and it was not covered under warranty. I asked him what was it going to cost me. He said the part is only $22, but labor is for an hour and a half was $150. I told him that I would like to call my husband is check with him to see if he wanted me to go ahead and fix it or wait. Bo informed me that they had already repaired it and I didnt have an option but to pay. So me being a woman I thought that was my only option, I seriously believe Bo took advantage of me since I was a female! I do not appreciate that at all. I never signed anything at all giving him permission to repair the part. More
