We were just going to leave the key in the drop box, but a Service tech was there so she (Mrs. Austin) processed us on the spot. After she was done, Mrs. Austin told us she'd call in the morning and let us know what was going on with our car. The next day 7 Aug, I received a call that our car was ready by Mrs. Austin, the battery had a leak and it was under warrantee so it was taken care of. We picked it up at about 5:30pm the same day. When we arrived, Mr. Mike Puzycki, completed our paper work and promptly brought our car to the service area and we were on our way. More

Poor Service Experience - Two Separate Occasions Tried twice to get warranty service for our 2016 GMC Sierra Denali from this dealership with no luck. Dealt with Dan both times. The first time, we go Tried twice to get warranty service for our 2016 GMC Sierra Denali from this dealership with no luck. Dealt with Dan both times. The first time, we got an appointment, took time off, and drove the 30 miles to the dealership, then spent an hour waiting, only to be told that they didn't have time for us and we'd have to come back another time. The second time, same issue yet far more severe, they first neglected to even call us back as promised, then lied about it and said they did, then finally said we'd have to wait for over a week to get on the schedule because they were insufficiently staffed. Thanks but no thanks, I'd like to get it fixed before parts start falling off from the vibration. Not the kind of service you'd expect for a $60k truck. Thanks GMC...this dealer should not be in your service network. More
