Service Team does outstanding customer service. My car had an electrical problem so I thought from a previous service facility, but River front serviced the car and ran their diagnostic test for ab My car had an electrical problem so I thought from a previous service facility, but River front serviced the car and ran their diagnostic test for about a week and nothing was detected. They were extremely patient and diligent trying to find the issue they kept me informed, assured me that my car and battery was good. Thanks Team More

Service Department, took in for oil change and tire rotation. Received a call telling my that they broke my key for lock nut and they where not able to remove 2 lock nuts. They charged me for 2 lug nut rotation. Received a call telling my that they broke my key for lock nut and they where not able to remove 2 lock nuts. They charged me for 2 lug nuts and did not do the tire rotation. Now in am stuck trying to figure out how to remove the 2 lock nuts. A year ago, I took the truck for a tire rotation and they lost my original key. I had to have them remove the lock nuts and purchased a new set of 4. Seems like last 3 to 4 years it's been a hassle taking my truck to this service department. I am looking to trade in truck, but probably time to look for a new dealership. More

Service was great. ..got right in and out in a timely fashion. Had some questions answered about my Compass that I didn't know how to do. Only thing wrong was that serv ..got right in and out in a timely fashion. Had some questions answered about my Compass that I didn't know how to do. Only thing wrong was that service forgot to put on 3 of the 4 tire valve caps after they rotated and checked my tires. My friends husband noticed and replaced them with some they had at home. All's good More
