This is the fifth vehicle I've from River View Ford, and once again, it was a great experience from start to finish. His consistency and professionalism are a big part of why I keep coming back. I also had the pleasure of working with Corey Hoffman, who is truly an asset to the dealership. His honesty and friendly approach made the process even more enjoyable, and his knowledge of Ford's vehicle technology was especially helpful. In finance, Joe Bouche made the paperwork quick and seamless, which I really appreciated. While I did have a slight concern regarding the initial offer for my trade-in, General Manager Jack Daniels stepped in and worked with me to reach a fair and satisfying resolution. His willingness to listen and make things right speaks volumes about the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, the entire team at River View Ford is outstanding. It was an absolute pleasure working with Craig Holsman. I was originally referred to River View Ford through the Costco auto program and I do not reside in the area. I specifically wanted a 2025 blacked out Explorer ST with operational panoramic vista roof. The dealer did not have the vehicle. Craig went above and beyond to find my ST in Iowa! Craig’s pricing out did Costco! All my communication was through telephone calls and texting until the day I picked up my new 2025 Explorer ST. I couldn’t be happier with my vehicle. Craig and his Team were easy to work with. Craig went above and beyond. I would highly recommend working with Craig and purchasing your next Ford vehicle from River View Ford. More
At River View Ford in Oswego, they treat you as a welcomed guest. I was in the “Quick Lane” for an oil change service for my GMC. Yes, they do take any brand of vehicle you may have. The employees, service writers and mechanics were friendly, attentive and professional. They actually took the time to read my vehicle inspection report to me. This report informs me of the status and health of my vehicle. Something that other dealerships I have been too do not do. To me, that is top notch service with a SMILE!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to everyone. Be it for vehicle maintenance, purchases of a vehicle and or Ford parts etc. This dealership will go the second mile to be a blessings to their guest. More
