I came into the dealership service center this morning to ask about service. As I approached the service department I overheard Jim Rodda the service manager very loudly berating, belittling, and being outri ask about service. As I approached the service department I overheard Jim Rodda the service manager very loudly berating, belittling, and being outright abusive to an employee over what sounded like a minor issue that wasn’t even the employees fault. I have been a longtime customer at this dealership as well as my family. We have bought dozens of cars here, and only come to this dealership for service for years. But this horrific experience has killed my loyalty. Jim has been rude to me and my family before which we just shrugged off as him being a xxxxx but moved on. But for a man his age, with his level of responsibility to treat his own employees this way is disgusting. I will never go back to River View Ford and neither will my relatives as long as this man is there. I would encourage anyone reading this to do the same. If he can treat his own employees with this kind of blatant disrespect and abuse he will do the same to you. More

Patti in sales was the one who helped my daughter and I with her Ford escape yesterday. She treated her very nicely and myself as well.
