Not a good car buying experience at all ! ! Don't know why i went through with the deal ?!?! Looked at 3 used Rav 4's and confirmed in person at the dealership that all info and prices listed ! Don't know why i went through with the deal ?!?! Looked at 3 used Rav 4's and confirmed in person at the dealership that all info and prices listed on their website was accurate and correct. Slept on it over the weekend. Went back a few days later to put a deposit down on the one i liked the best. The price i was quoted, and confirmed was correct, mysteriously went up $1,400 from a few days ago ?!?! I asked 2 different managers why the price mysteriously went up and got 2 different explanations. When stories don't match either somebody is not telling the truth or nobody is telling the truth. On top of that, the car mysteriously had over 1,000 more miles on it from when i looked at it and what was listed on the website. I even tried to make a joke out of it and said did you switch cars on me ?? Or did somebody take the car away on a trip for the weekend and put it back in the showroom ?? Even though i expressed my displeasure, except for this survey, I never got any follow ups or calls or anything from any higher ups at the dealership. If you happen to be reading this, make your own judgements. But i feel like i was lied to, taken advantage of, and that some kind of shinanigans were pulled. I'll never know ?!?! More

At Rivera Toyota it's always easy to get an appointment when I want it. Check in is quick and easy. Plenty of room in the waiting areas to relax.
