Mark Anderson did a great job for us on our last 5,000 mile service for my Corolla.
He got me out of there in a half hour. He also helped me with a question I had about our Avalone. He's a real pro and goes the extra mile for Rivera customers like me! Keep up the good work, Mark!
I'd also like to put in a good word for Korolyn Echavarria, Rivera's business development consultant--Ms. Echavarria was very helpful in explaining a few special offers available for trade-ins and extended warranties.
I arrived this morning at the Service Center with possibly a problem tire. One tire had lost a lot of pressure within a 18 hours. Mark Anderson responded quickly and followed through with diagnosis and recommended solution. I will return on Saturday to have tire replaced.

Needed 10k mile maintenance on Highlander. Showed up 20 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment but it was no problem. Dropped car off and picked up at end of day, everything taken care of. Received a call mid-day to let me know it was done and all good. Mark was very friendly and professional and pleasure to work with.
