I went to Rivera Toyota because a friend from the gym recommended this dealership, and I arrived with the hope of driving away in a new car. Like many people in that situation, I had lost my SUV (a 2019 Jeep) and had to buy what I could afford at the time—an older Corolla. I’ve always loved Toyota; my very first car, a red 1996 Toyota Corolla, was a gift from my mom when I graduated high school at 16, and it’s always had a special place in my heart. This time, I initially went in for a RAV4 and was planning to buy used because that’s what I thought I could manage. After talking with my mom (and moms are usually right!), she encouraged me to push for a new car. Angel was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive—he even took the time to talk with my mom and walk us through everything. Thanks to him, I drove away in a brand-new 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross, and I couldn’t be happier.
