We found a 2024 RAV4 we really liked at this Toyota dealership and negotiated a sales price over the phone. We drove 1,100 miles from Florida to finalize the deal, trusting what we had been told. When we arrived, the vehicle had undisclosed damage — scuffs on the right front and left rear. They offered a small discount to “fix” the issue, but a qualified body shop later estimated the real repair cost at $1,450. The problem wasn’t just the damage — it was the dishonesty. This dealership should have disclosed the condition of the vehicle before we made such a long trip. The experience only got worse in the finance office. The process was chaotic, and they charged us $647 just to transfer a tag, which is far beyond normal. At that point, after driving so far, we had little choice but to complete the purchase. Overall, the dealership misled us, took advantage of our situation, and failed to act with honesty or professionalism. I will never recommend this dealer or purchase from them again. More
