Their service managers are polite, conscientious, and professional. Recently, I brought my Prius in for what I thought was minor repairs. NOT! But Shannon explained everything that needed to be done logically and comprehensively. She even gave me a credit to ease my financial pain. I left feeling so well taken care of and relieved I had a company that protected my interest and safety. More

Alerting me to a water pump that was just starting to go, so that I could get it replaced while my car was in for a 5,000 mile service, versus having it fail on the side of the road. Or, the time I was told that I had a screw embedded in a tire, and that it had to be taken care of. Turned out they found only the head of a screw embedded in the tread, with no damage to the tire. Lesser garages don't take the time to check for things other than the service you have asked them to perform. Some take the attitude that this is the service department, fishing for ways to charge customers. Intelligent people realize that this is a dealership, looking out for their customers' best interests. Why else would I continue to bring a 9 year old vehicle to them for service? I appreciate being taken care of in a thoroughly scrupulous, first-class manner. My only wish: that they not change their way of doing business. More

Great deal that you can work out at the Saw Mill Club while you wait for the oil change Nice that they didn't find "issues" with the car when I only wanted an oil change. The multipoint inspection paper was fantastic. It helps you see where your brakes are in terms of replacing and lets you know tire pressures etc.-good document to keep.. More
