Excellent Customer Service I'd like to thank Rivera Toyota in general and Shannon Lemon in particular for helping me discern what was making my tire pressure light come on despi I'd like to thank Rivera Toyota in general and Shannon Lemon in particular for helping me discern what was making my tire pressure light come on despite numerous attempts by a local mechanic to fix it. I called late in the day and she answered, assured me they would look at my car if I could get it there by 4:00pm (I arrived at 3:50!). After a half hour and carefully checking (including to see if codes came up - they didn't), they decided nothing was wrong and sent me away without charge (after three tries the local mechanic did not know how to re-set the light). As I was traveling a long distance in two days, my mind was at ease and I felt cared for far more than a customer might. It's rare for a business to show personal connection and should be recognized accordingly. Thanks again. More
