The Service Department is courteous, knowledgeable and depen I believe that the fact that I had purchased nine Toyota vehicles from this dealership and had them all serviced at the same dealership says it all!! Fix Seat and Window Recalls and Water Pump Replaced I had two of the Toyota product recalls fixed and while in service was informed that my water pump needed replacement. Fortunately, I have a 100K war I had two of the Toyota product recalls fixed and while in service was informed that my water pump needed replacement. Fortunately, I have a 100K warranty which covered the water pump, including labor. I had to pay $106 for a belt, which was not covered. The Service Advisor, Ronald Odegaard, offered a loaner car which was excellent. It served as a "test drive". The loaner was a 2017 Highlander. I loved it. Now I'm trying to see how I can afford it. Service was easy and quick. So far my RAV4 is running fine. More
