waste of time scheduled a service to replace a strut on my rear driver side tire, took day off of work, only to find they didn't have a loaner car for me, (wife the scheduled a service to replace a strut on my rear driver side tire, took day off of work, only to find they didn't have a loaner car for me, (wife then had to leave work to get me) then when they called to tell me car was ready to pick up, They informed me they confirmed my problem and ordered the part and NOTHING was done!!!!!!! Complete smoke screen, Terrible!!!! They can keep the part they ordered, cause I will never step foot in Rivera Toyota again! More
Strong Customer Service experience at the service department I took my car in for a standard service appointment, but the service manager was far from standard. We were greeted and they were well prepared for our visit. They knew who we were in advance and the car quickly went into the garage while we were comfortably seated and shown the coffee, TV, etc. We were given regular updates and were quickly and efficiently on our way. Both Mark Anderson, and John Hunt made the service experience one that was nice, and not the usual "dental-like" appointment that you dread going to....Kudos to the team! More

Meanwhile they are very honest, there are plenty of tiems when they could say I needed something and in fact they say we checked out, no problem or we checked out and it just required a litle adjustment. part of the service. The only problem I have is getting too many annoying emails from salesmen trying to get me to sell my 2010 with 60,000 on it and buy a new car. I can understand once a year. After that I feel like they think I am idiot. I buy a toyota so I can go 200,000 with it. I am sorry if that hurts salaries. But I can assure you that shoddy cars that can only go 60,000 would hurt salaries more. All of that said I did buy my car when it was toyota north and they were wonderful to me. More
