Professional and Courteous This dealership was the nearest to my home to take care of the recall of the air-bag inflator. I'd never been to this dealership (formerly Toyota Nort This dealership was the nearest to my home to take care of the recall of the air-bag inflator. I'd never been to this dealership (formerly Toyota North of Mount Kisco), but I knew of it (I usually avoid dealer service departments since they tend to be very pricey and because of my bad experiences at New Rochelle Toyota). Service hours on a Saturday are a major factor to go to a business. Rivera Toyota took real good care of my 2004 RAV4 like it was a new car even though it had over 266,000 miles on the odometer. Got rid of a long standing issue that triggered the Engine Light. My reliable runabout runs like new! The professional service department complimented with a free car wash PLUS a loaner car helped seal the deal! Will come again ( I own three Toyotas )! More
