Worked so seldom I had given up and stopped using the back!!! He thoroughly checked it out for me, got a mechanic with a code reader and sure enough, the hydraulic piston needed replacement, he set it up for next day with a loaner too! Thank you for believing this crazy woman and fixing the problem at last! More

There may be cheaper mechanics around, but this is a dealership that stands on their work, so I get all my maintenance and any other work done here. The people are all very nice, and they do anything possible to make the experience easy. While I was there, a woman was offered a ride home (quite a distance) and a pickup the next day in that her car needed some unforeseen repairs and she had to meet her children's school bus. Kevin Feldman was my "point man" and he did an excellent job expediting everything so I could get out in a minimum amount of time. More

Service Department Review I purchased my 2013 Certified Pre-owned Rav 4 in August. My buying experience was excellent. Last night my car would not start in a parking garage and my son and son-in-law jump started my car and I drove it straight to Service at their request. Ronald Odegaard was my service advisor and took my car right in and had Chris the technician diagnose the issue. My car needed a new battery. They took care of the issue promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend Rivera Toyota Service and Sales for all of your needs. We were also told that the new battery was covered so a Happy Ending to a stressful few moments when I was stuck with the car. More
