Only downside is that repair took an hour instead of the estimated 30 minutes. While not under Rivera Toyota's control, I think Toyota should have extended the free replacement for the life of the vehicle since this is a known flaw in their equipment. More

I always get excellent service when I go to Rivera Toyota. I came in for my 20,000 mile checkup and an oll change. I went to the express service. Within an hour, I was finished. My service advisor was Jose Azize. He couldn't have been nicer. He told me that my car was in great shape, and I told him that the express service was a time-saving option.. I have been to Rivera Service since I bought my car, and every time I go, the entire staff is always professional, competent, and friendly, going the extra mile for their customers. Kevin Feldman was also very helpful the last time I was there,, helping me with my insurance claim. More
