Outstanding Service Department. My vehicle went in for a routing oil change and to check on some squeaky leaf springs (2012 TRD Offroad Tacoma). My Service Advisor Donato Pozzuto was My vehicle went in for a routing oil change and to check on some squeaky leaf springs (2012 TRD Offroad Tacoma). My Service Advisor Donato Pozzuto was exemplary. He advised me that my springs needed to be replaced and after some research noted that they were covered under warranty. He set me up with a 2016 tacoma as a loaner vehicle for the weekend. They kept me informed of the repair status and I felt no pressure from them. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service, the work done and the departments attention to detail. More

Amazing Service Valet met me at the curb the moment I pulled in. Wisked me into Ronnie the service associate who processed my request in less than a minute.
