This dealership is the worse experience ever and I know after you purchase your vehicle dealership usually don’t remember who you are .. I called and I asked to speak with one of the mechanics to make sure that maybe is something they forgot to tell me as a result of the update .. maybe something they can tell me over the phone — she said that they don’t give diagnosis over he phone — my answer “I was just there” now I live in Westchester county, I chose the Bronx because it had an earlier appointment— now I know why. I texted the automated message center took a while to answered .. I decided to go back to the dealership.. front desk told me that got my text message and it is normal it doesn’t happened often but in 12 hours having the car parked it will reset .. she was laughing at me when I said I called to make sure that maybe something like that could happened why no one told me as when I picked up my car! Asked to speak with the manager HE LAUGHED AT ME.. not even I am sorry .. I turned around and left. More
