new engine needed - Jose Ext 305 was great I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had a piston blow in the engine. The riverdale team changed the engine in less than 1 weeks time and did a wond I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had a piston blow in the engine. Recall service performed We recently purchased a 2016 chrysler 300 c from Victory Mitsubishi in the bronx( great dealership btw) and upon registering our vehicle we noticed th We recently purchased a 2016 chrysler 300 c from Victory Mitsubishi in the bronx( great dealership btw) and upon registering our vehicle we noticed that there was an outstanding recall for it. We called chrysler of riverdale and they made an appt for us to come in. We got there at 9 am and were to go get a bite to eat while the car was serviced. We were barely half way through breakfast when we fluff the call that the car wad ready. They are excellent and professional. Would definitely recommend More

Solid Visit I was unhappy to find out upon arrival that even though my appointment was for 7:30, the service department doesn’t open till 7:45. The high number of customers waiting caused a major delay. I would suggest early drop off option for customers. I do appreciate that Albert stayed present and made himself available for me to pick up my car as well answer questions for me. More

Mediocre The personnel who serviced my vehicles damaged other parts and when I contacted the manager, Mr. Munoz, he simply stated I brought my vehicle in with The personnel who serviced my vehicles damaged other parts and when I contacted the manager, Mr. Munoz, he simply stated I brought my vehicle in with those extra damages although none were stated on the intake receipt. Not only do they not take responsibility, but they also fail to keep you informed of the state of your vehicle while in services. Will not ever be returning here for services. More
