I made Riverdale Chrysler Jeep my first stop of what i thought would be many dealership visits. I was quite pleased with my sales man Jesse. He was super professional, friendly and helpful. He helped get me a great deal for my trade in as well as on the truck I ended up purchasing. Roy (Finance Mgr) was also very professional, friendly and helpful. He explained to me the finance options as well as suggested (not forcibly) the option of an extended warranty. The only thing that I didn't like was the "reconditioning" of my truck. The inside was still visibly dirty. It appeared that I received a glorified car wash though I was told the people performing the service took pride in their work. That left me disappointed however I was excited to leave with a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited. More

Not an outstanding service as I expected Forgot to perform an inspection as requested , if I didn’t checked before I left , I could have get a fine for it.. It's the Simple Things that Count I was billed for window wipers and after getting the car home found that the wipers had not been changed. That concerned me because of all the other I was billed for window wipers and after getting the car home found that the wipers had not been changed. That concerned me because of all the other expensive work I was actually having done. Nevertheless, I trusted that it was done. I experienced a problem with the car and placed two calls for assistance only to be told that someone would get back to me and NOBODY called me back two calls later two days later. I also explained that the issue was an emergency because the car was stalled and immediate assistance was needed. Full diagnostic supposedly completed on the car yet no one said the lever to open the hood of the car was missing. Guess that wasn't an expensive enough job to point out, only the expensive stuff counted. Spoke to Stanley about the problem i was experiencing and he transferred me to the cashier's voicemail. VERY disappointed !! More
