charge way to much for nothing Charge way to much just to find out if you even have a problem or to find out how much it will cost to fix. There are plenty of places out there that Charge way to much just to find out if you even have a problem or to find out how much it will cost to fix. There are plenty of places out there that diagnose for free and quote the cost for free. I went in for an oil and filter change but they called and wanted to do about 5 other things as well to jack up the cost. I have been going to them for the past 10 years but I will not be going back. An oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t even take 30 minutes. WHY DO I MAKE AN APPOUNTMENT if you aren’t going to stand by the times.. oh, and my appointment was at 8:15! I was the first one there ! And this was not the first time this dealership done this to me.. DO YOU NOT THINK MY TIME IS AS VALUABLE AS YOURS! Unbelievable ..I will not return. And I will not recommend a GMC to any one! More
Still Waiting Arrived several weeks ago for my first service only to find that there was no record of the appointment I had made over the phone. They "fit me in", Arrived several weeks ago for my first service only to find that there was no record of the appointment I had made over the phone. They "fit me in", and it then took 2 hrs. + for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed them a missing piece of windshield cowling that needed warranty repair/replace. They said they needed to order a part. A couple of weeks later I was called to come in for my repair. After a 30 minute wait, I was informed that the parts were not there for my repair, and that one of the parts needed had now been ordered, but was on backorder. That was about 3 weeks ago. I have not heard a word from the dealership. I'm still waiting. The next time I need service, I will go to the Rome location, as I have never had a problem there. Cartersville should have been more convenient, instead it has been a waste of time, mileage, and effort. More
