Brought my Bronco Raptor in for an oil change and while I waited I listened to the poor guy at the service desk be fussed at numerous times, can't really comment on the oil change I received, lets be honest waited I listened to the poor guy at the service desk be fussed at numerous times, can't really comment on the oil change I received, lets be honest it was just an oil change, but have to say that Carlos Herrera that was working the desk alone handled it like a champ! He was nothing but professional and courteous to everyone that walked in the door or called on the phone. He handled everything with kindness and efficiency and should be recognized as an amazing team player and worker. My hats off to him he handled himself in a way most people could not with the way people were whining and complaining, me being one of them. More

This might be premature, but. .. sales team was good and the service team has been great. This has not been addressed adequately, so I have escalated it to the general manager from whom I cannot get a response. My fear is this is ongoing and something that will never be fixed in which case I will have a much bigger claim. More
