Although the repair was not able to be done at the time due to time constraints we still felt it was a good buy and proceeded. The dealership does not have enough cars for loaners for the customers they serve. My vehicle maintenance was under warranty, and the loaner car was also covered. However, I had to wait 2 weeks before I got a car, and that was only because my salesman, Duke Washington, made it happen. It is difficult to get a phone call back from the service department, and it didn't seem as if they were willing to look for solutions to assist me. I couldn't go to another dealership because this dealership had already worked on the part before, and none of the other dealerships would touch it. This is the same thing that happened last time I had work done, and I will not use this service department again unless the same part fails yet again and I am forced to. More
