The dealership does not have enough cars for loaners for the customers they serve. My vehicle maintenance was under warranty, and the loaner car was also covered. However, I had to wait 2 weeks before I got a car, and that was only because my salesman, Duke Washington, made it happen. It is difficult to get a phone call back from the service department, and it didn't seem as if they were willing to look for solutions to assist me. I couldn't go to another dealership because this dealership had already worked on the part before, and none of the other dealerships would touch it. This is the same thing that happened last time I had work done, and I will not use this service department again unless the same part fails yet again and I am forced to. More
