Jocelyn was great at reaching out to me and really helping me make a decision about which car I wanted between a Kia and a Ford. Her kindness, not being pushy, and genuine care swayed my decision. Although she was not in when I did purchase my vehicle, she called a colleague, Aaron, and he helped me find the car I wanted. Evelyn sent me photos of one of the vehicles and I was not sure on the color, but as she said, the picture did not do it justice and as soon as I saw it on the lot, I knew it was the one. Aaron was so friendly and made the car buying experience pleasurable, as did Jocelyn as she chose the right person to take care of me. It’s not easy making a sale of that magnitude a pleasurable experience, but both Jocelyn and Aaron did just that. I was very happy when I walked away with a new car. More
