I had an excellent experience when visiting this dealership. Initially came in for routine maintenance on my then Kia Telluride and was greeted swiftly by service representative Kevin who also took dealership. Initially came in for routine maintenance on my then Kia Telluride and was greeted swiftly by service representative Kevin who also took his time to showing me to the waiting area and gave me updates on time frame on when my car would be ready. I then was later greeted by Angel car dealer who was very cordial and asked if I would like to take a look around to see Kia’s latest models. More

Giancarlo in finance was just as amazing and helped me seal the deal with my 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid. Judy goes above and beyond for her customers. I had noticed the other day that there was dried water stains on the grill of my car and had mentioned it to Judy. She wanted me to come back to the dealership and assured me that they will wash and clean it to my liking! I can say I was happy when I drove off the lot the second time. :) Thank you Kia Riverside!
