Ron needs to be fired and investigated for fraud immediately. Since Ron took over as service manager, the department seems to have seriously declined. Staffing appears to be an issue, and during my visits I was told multiple employees have left, leaving the department understaffed and difficult to work with. I own two Kias that unfortunately require frequent service, and this is the closest dealership to me. On multiple occasions, Ron and Armando have refused to honor warranty-related repairs, instead looking for reasons to classify issues as non-warranty so that I would have to pay out of pocket. Most recently, I brought in my 2024 Carnival for a known issue. I was told the problem was caused by a part installed by the selling dealership and therefore not covered under warranty. When I contacted the selling dealership, their service manager said this is a known Kia issue that should be covered, and even attempted to reach Ron directly to explain. Ron would not take his calls. I had to go in person just to speak with him. When the situation was explained, he dismissed the other dealership’s input and continued to insist on charging diagnostic fees and rental costs. Only after hours of back-and-forth did he agree to waive those fees—but only if I removed the vehicle and took it elsewhere. While waiting for the paperwork to leave, I was then told—unexpectedly—that the rental vehicle had been damaged. This was extremely concerning, as I have clear photo and video evidence showing the car was returned in proper condition. I have included the full video of how the rental car was returned, as you can see, no damage at all. They also left my car in the hot sun, causing damage to the interior. While leaving, they even gave me another customers car keys that they had me walk out with because they didnt know what keys belonged to which customer. Since then, I’ve experienced ongoing billing issues, including multiple unexpected charges, which forced me to close my bank account. More

I brought my Forte in for blowing warm air when the air conditioning was on for few weeks now., They found nothing to be wrong when apparently, they did a diagnosis, it miraculously started blowing cold air now. Very skeptical at this point that they found nothing wrong when something was wrong to begin with. Sure enough 15 miles after driving home air conditioning was warm again. Next morning back at the dealership now they are telling me that they found traces of contamination in my freon. So who added the wrong freon in my system to make it blow cold for 30 min only?? This is the first time my vehicle has been to a Kia dealership ever because it's still under warranty. So they asked me if i tried adding freon ever myself. Are you seriously asking me this question? That's when i totally lost trust in them. Trying to cover up by blaming me! So, when i asked for them to refill my freon at the manufacture specifications at no cost to me they tried to send me to a different location at a cost of course. Since i don't believe them, I refused to listen to their stories and they wished me GOOD LUCK with my Kia. More
I had an excellent experience when visiting this dealership. Initially came in for routine maintenance on my then Kia Telluride and was greeted swiftly by service representative Kevin who also took dealership. I called service department asked for Jesse who’s been taking care of my Kia told him that I needed an oil change if it was possible to get me in today. He said yes, come on in and within an hour I had my taking care of my Kia told him that I needed an oil change if it was possible to get me in today. He said yes, come on in and within an hour I had my oil change and my car wash. Jesse is so nice considerate listens to the customers and because of him I purchased a new Kia from them,and will continue to do service because of him. More

I'm here with my 2 month old 2022 KIA Sorento as this morning I was hearing spinning gear noises intermittently and to have the 1 st service done. when I checked in I told told the gentleman what I hear morning I was hearing spinning gear noises intermittently and to have the 1 st service done. when I checked in I told told the gentleman what I heard at 9:30 he told me I would have to leave it a week because they would have to wait till it happened again. I did not believe this to be true it just didn't make since obviously he was just trying to get us to leave and as he said it would be better if it broke so we knew what it was. So I asked to speak to a manager as it seems like you would want to fix the problem before it breaks.. I have been waiting 50 minutes now and still no one has helped us.. Here we are 1 hour and 20 minutes and still no attempt to be help. I just decided to leave after an hour and a half that they have no intention of helping me whatsoever definitely not a place to buy a car if you want service afterwards What's funny is when I went to leave and asked for my key for my car Armando tells me why don't you go ahead and leave it and we'll give you a call later so he could have helped me at first but just decided not to for an hour and a half More
I had my car towed to Kia of Riverside. I had no appointment obviously. The Service Department is one of the rudest I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately I’m at their mercy to get my car looked at. I was informed yesterday that it is out of Kia’s warranty however it is covered under Silverrocks warranty. Kia is one of the most bought vechicles. Because I purchased my car from a dealership other then them I’m treated so disrespectfully. I never asked for them to push my vehicle in front of other cars to be worked on. They are the rudest. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
Riverside Kia is the worst dealership for service I have ever been to... I was told nothing but lies and my vehicle was never fixed... Probably never even looked at. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment at the service center. on June 18 I dropped my Kia Optima Hybrid off because I was getting a Hybrid System Error message that was causing a shut down of the engine while I was driving on the expressway. "Kenny" was my service advisor and didn't really listen to anything I had to say, just summarized my problem and took my keys. Over the course of the next 2 weeks I called 3 times trying to get a status and "Kenny" was never at work. The people I spoke with said that they didn't know what the problem was and that they were pulling codes for the brakes and electrical system even though I mentioned it was a battery issue. They said they were opening a work ticket with the factory to try and find out what the problem was. On July 5 "Kenny" called me and said they couldn't duplicate my problem and I could come and pick up my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, the invoice only said they couldn't duplicate the problem. So I went and spoke to "Kenny" and asked what codes were pulled he said none. I told him that whomever I spoke with said they did. He had no answer. I then asked about the factory work tickets they submitted since they couldn't find a problem and "Kenny" said they never opened any work tickets or even contacted the factory. "Kenny" also mentioned that he and his technician had test drove my vehicle on 3 separate occasions for an hour each time… LIES.. when I picked up my veheicle it had only been driven 4 miles and papers on the passenger seat were not moved. Not to mention when I dropped it off “Kenny” said they can’t test drive a vehicle longer than 10 minutes or 10 miles (I can’t remember which he said) I have never been so appalled at the complete lack of service in trying to get help with my problem. I will never return to this dealership and I will definitely tell everyone I know about the poor customer service Kia offers its customers. More
I would give zero if I could, they bull***t people due to the fact that they are lazy to diagnose or work on your vehicle. I purchased a brand new vehicle and my Tech (Anthony) was telling me that my vehicle the fact that they are lazy to diagnose or work on your vehicle. I purchased a brand new vehicle and my Tech (Anthony) was telling me that my vehicle is not under warranty, is it incompetence or just straight lie. This location need to be investigated. More
