With all due respect to the many other Mazda dealers I am grateful that Riverside has one of the best operating Mazda dealers in Southern CA. My good friend is oohing and ahhing my new Mazda Signature and is choosing her color choice as of this writing. Riverside Mazda has taken the pressure, doubt and risk out of the car purchase dynamics. You can shop but you wont find this team and its no nonsense "here is your price" approach to sales. If other businesses would follow this model, all of Riverside would be blessed. My service appointment was met with friendly greeting. I was given the approximate time my car would be ready and the time was met. When finished being worked on I received a very interesting text video wi was given the approximate time my car would be ready and the time was met. I started out by calling internet sales and spoke with Monae Lopez, who was so helpful and kind, no pressure at all. After locating the exact car and equipped the very way I wanted it she connected me wit Monae Lopez, who was so helpful and kind, no pressure at all. Richard called me and we went over everything that Monae had I discussed again no attempt to pressure absolutely none. I got a great price and from there I came in to the dealership to sign the paperwork. Richard greeted me and introduced me to Mario who prepared the paperwork and the same thing no pressure. Mario just like Richard and Monae was friendly,professional and helpful with no typical up selling that one expects to find at most dealerships. Richard was so patient and helpful as he went over and over l the technology the car has. I'm sure it had to be frustrating to him but if it was he sure didn't show it. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was very helpful to me as I'm not at all techie. I'm older and have purchased many cars in my time and Riverside Mazda along with their great staff made it by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Because of Covid I initiated my contact over the phone. When I came in everything was spotless and everyone was abiding by the Covid guidance and I felt very comfortable. I got the exact car I was looking for, a 2021 redCX-5 touring trim, sporty and yet classy. Richard, Monae and Mario, thank you for making this a great and seamless experience.
