If it’s not your teams standard you will need to retrain them. I say this because the same narrative was expressed to me from different sales representatives. Clem was especially rude and would not deviate from the stance that the Costco price is only available if I bought unneeded dealer installed items. One of those items was a tracking device and the irony is that Mazda already includes an app that tracks the whereabouts of the vehicle. People pay attention so It would definitely be to your advantage to retrain your sales team. Sincerely
