Yes they are a knowledgeable dealership and will help you but after your purchase it's like they don't want to be bothered i have 3 issues with them .1st is we bought a 2019 cx9 in 2018 of April few months a but after your purchase it's like they don't want to be bothered i have 3 issues with them .1st is we bought a 2019 cx9 in 2018 of April few months after the purchase we notice the clear coat on the spoiler was starting to bubble and peel we went in for a oil change and asked if it was still under warranty and this was the second oil change so the woman at the desk said the warranty didn't cover the paint and that it was from being in the sun .we had a mazda 3 for over 8 years and never had a problem with the clear coat bubbling and to top it off she didn't even go out to take a look at it she just handed us a flyer for a body shop.yes they are good and knowledgeable till they get your business the spoiler looks really bad and now it looks as if the paint on the hatch back is starting with the same problem. 2. Read that there is a recall on the harness wiring for 2018 models we brought this to the attention of the service representative today when we came in to have our oil changed his response was if we didn't get a recall letter it didn't apply to our car my response was we bought the car in 2019 so I will be looking into this .3rd we did recieve a notice on a recall for the fuel pump but the parts won't be in till June that we will recieve a 2 nd letter to take it in forrepairs when the part comes in but thats not until june.so from now till June the car can stop at any time and cause a accident.So beware when buying I'm so upset paying 42,000 for a car that is looking like crap little by little. More
I bought a car at Riverside Mazda that was a hard to find color, both exterior and interior. I received an online quote and went to see the car. The dealership was able to put a deal together for me that was exactly what I was looking for, and to my surprise I drove home with a new 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring with premium package with Soul Red Crystal exterior and parchment interior. Both the car and the dealership are excellent and I'm a true fan of both. Thank you! More

I was looking for a specific model and color car I was looking for a specific model and color car to purchase. I had researched the reliability of Mazda, because even though I was a diehard I was looking for a specific model and color car to purchase. I had researched the reliability of Mazda, because even though I was a diehard Honda fan, they didn't have the color I wanted. I was quite impressed by all the information I found, enough to pursue Mazda. Ultimately, the data revealed Mazda's aim to rival, perhaps even surpass, both Toyota and Honda and that it is a car manufacture to watch. I searched online via the Costco vehicle program. I received a prompt and detailed email response from Julissa Vega to which I arranged an appointment to compare their vehicles to my familiarity with my decades-long fidelity to Honda Upon entering the dealership, and noticed awards on the reception desk from Edmunds, J.D. Power, and AAA. Wow! Jadon Leggette, a sales associate, who was expecting me, greeted me pleasantly, ready to answer any/all questions I had, and I had plenty! He spent hours with me test driving several different models and years for comparison. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with his patience and knowledge, and the surprises I found with a Mazda vehicle. When I finally decided on the year/model/color I wanted, he took lots of time demonstrating the various features of it, and walked me through it front to back. He answered every question and added more details that I hadn't thought to ask. I was completely taken and bought a slightly used, excellent condition, certified, 2019 model CX-3 that had been leased from the same dealership and included all the service records. It was $10,000 less than I had expected for a comparable Honda. The paperwork experience with the financial associate, Mario Cuevas was also pleasant, smooth and easy. I couldn't pick it up until the next day, which was Jadon's day off. However, the next morning Jadon was there waiting for me and happy to hand me the keys! He went went over the features one more time, and he even programmed my audio system to play Pandora for me. Update: I have brought my CX-3 back for it's first service and now I can add that the service reps that I talked to, both Wendy and Nikki are equally as pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I continue to be very positively impressed with this dealership, its staff, and I just LOVE my new-to-me Mazda! THANK YOU very much to the ownership/management creating such happy and professional employees and who ensures such great customer satisfaction! I am very POSITIVELY IMPRESSED! More
I recently asked for a quote for a new vehicle and it came back with $1,500 of additional accessories. I told them I didn’t want the accessories and asked them to remove this charge. I was told these acc came back with $1,500 of additional accessories. I told them I didn’t want the accessories and asked them to remove this charge. I was told these accessories are installed on all their vehicles and cannot be removed. So they’re forcing you to pay for something you didn’t ask for or don’t want. This doesn’t seem very ethical. I’m taking my business somewhere else. More
Be careful if you want the Costco pricing from this dealership they will use classic bait and switch sales tactic on you. They will insist you purchase a tracking device if you want the Costco price. With all due respect to the many other Mazda dealers I am grateful that Riverside has one of the best operating Mazda dealers in Southern CA. Two years ago, I purchased a Miata and was treated very well from start to finish and beyond. I just purchased a CX-5 and the customer service, product value and experience exceeded my last purchase. My good friend is oohing and ahhing my new Mazda Signature and is choosing her color choice as of this writing. Riverside Mazda has taken the pressure, doubt and risk out of the car purchase dynamics. You can shop but you wont find this team and its no nonsense "here is your price" approach to sales. If other businesses would follow this model, all of Riverside would be blessed. My service appointment was met with friendly greeting. I was given the approximate time my car would be ready and the time was met.
