service sent an email requesting an appointment for service of my Toyota Rav 4 , I never received a reply to my email in regards to setting up an appointment. sent an email requesting an appointment for service of my Toyota Rav 4 , I never received a reply to my email in regards to setting up an appointment. I called 2 days later and spoke to the service department about setting up an appointment , I went the following Saturday at 0830 a.m. which was my appointment time and I was still sitting in the service department waiting area at around 10:00 a.m. I now the reason for the appointments but it doesn't seem to help or make the process any quicker.
