We have had nothing but excellent service and we have never had a bad experience. Under the leadership of Clyde this department is simply the best service department in the State in our opinion. In fact, Clyde and Shay have been with us all these years, and we hope they never leave. They are the reason that we, and I would bet many others, would never consider having service anywhere else, or even purchase a car anywhere else. They know you by name and listen to you with nothing but respect and concern. Every person in the service department gives nothing but the best service and will come out and explain anything if you have any questions. While they will explain what you need and give you a call if they realize you need something more once they get into the repairs, we trust them so much they do not even need to do this, but being the professionals they are they go the extra mile. In short they are the BEST and the best sales tool the salesman have. More

Are you going to forget to rotate the tires again? I went round and round with a busy schedule trying to find a way to squeeze in a time to get my vehicle serviced. Despite purchasing several new vehic I went round and round with a busy schedule trying to find a way to squeeze in a time to get my vehicle serviced. Despite purchasing several new vehicles from Riverside over the years, they were unable to help me with a loaner when my vehicle was to be worked on. On top of that, I had to take my vehicle back to them once I discovered the tires weren’t rotated. No apology, no discount, no free service for the following visit...therefore there will be no more visits. I’ve had bad service at places. Humans make mistakes. That’s generally when a company tries to make it up to the customer. Not this place. Will drive to another city before I risk going th Riverside in Rome again. More

Great Service Writer Brought 2013 Prius in for routine service; oil and filter change, tire rotation, and replace windshield wipers. Service Writer has been there for year Brought 2013 Prius in for routine service; oil and filter change, tire rotation, and replace windshield wipers. Service Writer has been there for years and is knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Service was performed correctly and timely. My only complaint is the outrageous price charged for the wipers. They were more than twice the price I would have paid at an auto parts store. More
