Not follow up with incomplete service I have made an appointment and took my vehicle in for manufacturer's recall issue. I also asked to look into the entertainment system since it was fre I have made an appointment and took my vehicle in for manufacturer's recall issue. I also asked to look into the entertainment system since it was freezing up. When I got call back to pick up my vehicle, they apologized that they had wrong parts and had to re-order the parts for recall repair. They were to call me back when they get the parts in. I have never received call back. 2 months later, I had to go pick up parts from parts dept. After picking up parts, I have asked service person to see if my recall parts are in or not. They told me to go check with parts department. Were they too busy to go ask for customer? I didn't think so. They seem they didn't care. And I do not want anyone touching my vehicle if they do not care for it. So I left. My recall issue was never fixed nor resolved. More
