Not only did he take good care of us, but he made sure to make it a pleasant experience for our five year old. He definitely made us feel like it wasn't just about making a sale. He took the time to get to know us and to ensure our buying experience was perfect both the day of the purchase as well as the day after. Pefrect First, I went online for a part thinking I could find it cheaper but when I called to confirm, they were actually less expensive. No Pressure... It was an unexpected thing when I traded in my Chevy Aveo for the Cruze. There was no pressure to trade in my car which made my purchase just that much easier and be at peace with and have no regrets afterwards. Shawn Wilson was a great help, very friendly and resourceful. When he found out that my commute to work is a long one and that I love taking road trips, he mentioned that all 4 tires on the Cruze are filled with Nitrogen, which helps with my fuel economy and makes for a smooth ride.
