I chose this dealership to purchase my new car because my Husband had bought numerous vehicles from here. We walked in and immediately we were greeted kindly. I felt so comfortable and understood. We spoke with Steve Carter first and he actually listened to what my desire was in the car I wanted. He took notes and got a hold of Silverio Cortes who immediately too listened to what I wanted. We test drove a Camaro and had a great time with Silverio. He was very kind and NOT pushy at all. I loved that and felt very comfortable in my decision to buy my new Camaro. The day we went in to sign the papers to take the Camaro home I was yet again comforted and greeted by more kind faces, Logan and Don. Both of which also helped to ease my worries with the new purchase. They sat with me and explained everything that was going on. Where I was with my credit all the way to in depth detail about my warranty. I didnt feel like another customer once to any of them.. I felt like Family. My wife brought in our '05 Suburban because the rear shocks were bad. We just moved to Utah from Boise, and decided to take it to the dealership even though it was a little more expensive. My wife was told the rear springs and break pads needed replacement. A few days later I took the Suburban out with the family and noticed the rear suspension was still bad. It was bottoming out on the smallest bumps. I returned to the dealership a little upset, thinking they took advantage of my wife. Nick jumped on the back bumper and felt the suspension bottom out. He told me he would have the original technician check it out immediately, and had a driver take me to work. A few hours later Nick called with the news that although the springs were bad, they didn't investigate further to notice the shocks were also bad. Instead of telling me it was going to cost another $500 or so, as I expected, Nick told me they had the shocks in stock and would have them replaced by the end of the day...no cost! He said they should have more fully diagnosed the problem and ensured the suspension was good before sending it out; and for this reason they would not charge us. I was suprised and grateful for this generosity, and they have won my loyalty. Thanks! More
