Later after the mechanic completed a multi-point inspection, I was told I needed to replace my battery (for a low reading) and have the battery syste Later after the mechanic completed a multi-point inspection, I was told I needed to replace my battery (for a low reading) and have the battery system reset. This would have been an additional $325. I refused the service and checked my battery. My battery was good with a reading of 13+ volts. Every time I go in to have my oil changed a different mechanic is coming with what I need to have repaired. No mechanic has ever said what the prior mechanic found. As if the "problem" was magically fixed. More

Every time I take my car for service, I have a new issue(s) that arise within a week. This time I got the maintenance service they recommended, two tire pressure monitoring systems sensors, plus a dia issue(s) that arise within a week. A previous visit neglected to put the tire lock back in the car. After sitting on the highway for four hours and my husband making three trips to the dealership we finally got the right tire lock so we cou the car.
