I dealt with 3 other dealerships while trying to purchase my vehicle. I was on a very tight timeline and the other dealers were stringing me along and were being quite dishonest about arrival/delivery dates. Speedway Ford was up front, willing to negotiate, and had my vehicle ready with the requested add on within 3 days. The whole process could not have gone any better, especially during these low inventory times. I highly recommend the Speedway Team! My only complaint is the sticker price, but that is across the board with every brand. Speedway was willing to negotiate and I’m ultimately comfortable with what we paid based on the market.

Kenny and Marlos were absolutely amazing. Kenny Beasley was our salesman and he made the process so smooth, pulled the car immediately and walked me through all car features. Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I highly recommend if you are military, dealing with a POA, or just wanting a good experience.

I’m moving forward with filing a complaint with BBB & Federal Trade Commission, the agencies need to investigate the review complaints from several customers who gave this business a 1 star rating with very similar complaints.

First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck. Make sure when you go you ask for her. She will do you right. Thank you so much Pioneer!!!
