I was lied to I was quoted $1600 for breaks, calipers & break flush for a noise in my front passenger side. Took to a certified mechanic & he found break pads worn I was quoted $1600 for breaks, calipers & break flush for a noise in my front passenger side. Took to a certified mechanic & he found break pads worn a bit, but not ready for replacement. The noise was rust in the roter, he cleaned the rust out of the roter & lubricated the caliper for $90. I spent $150 for a fraudulent diagnosis. Shame on you for trying to rip off a woman. More

Good experience at car dealership (surprise!) Took my car in for oil leak, even though I had just had it serviced a month before. I thought it was something overlooked by the service person, but w Took my car in for oil leak, even though I had just had it serviced a month before. I thought it was something overlooked by the service person, but was told that it was a ‘new’ issue. (Don’t know how that was the conclusion). I did protest about paying for the service and the service writer was gracious and courteous to zero out the costs. I’m so appreciative. More
