Was Under Warranty!! I went in for a simple oil change (and a new battery) on my 2014 LaCrosse. The service tech returned shortly after we sat down and informed us that w I went in for a simple oil change (and a new battery) on my 2014 LaCrosse. The service tech returned shortly after we sat down and informed us that we had a serious oil leak. He said the cost to repair was around $2,800. But he said it would be covered under the power train warranty. They gave me a loaner vehicle and my car was repaired at no cost to me!!! They could have just ignored the problem, since a shield under the car hid the problem from me. GREAT TEAM!!!! More

My Baby Hit Me with a Surprise U know it's not a good feeling when U got to bring ur vehicle back again!!! But by no means it's not the dealership's fault,my truck has 285k miles & U know it's not a good feeling when U got to bring ur vehicle back again!!! But by no means it's not the dealership's fault,my truck has 285k miles & it will be 12 years this when July!! Things r bound to happen but,I'm so grateful that Rizza GMC came to my rescue!! I have to admit my truck feels so good right now!!! Its back to being mechanically sound again!! Real nice & quiet!! Kyle & Paul has done it for me again!! The cost was very reasonable,no complaints at all!! The motto is "Keep them trucks on the road"! Thank Rizza GMC for putting back on the road!!! She rides beautifully on the highway again!! Like I said before I will be buying my next truck from THIS dealership. More

Professional service Stopped in to have my cue screen looked at because it had internal cracks . Rebecca looked at it and checked my warranty .
