Tom Adair was very patient with us as we had trouble choosing a model. After several weeks of deliberation, the decision was finally made. Tom is very professional, knowledgable about BMWs, and he made sure the process of leasing the new car was seamless. Not only is the sales department superb, but the service department at Roadshow has always been very accommodating and taken excellent care of our BMWs. With the new technology offered on our 2015 car, it was very helpful to have available technical advisors to walk us through all the bells and whistles...a pleasant and unexpected surprise. More
