My son Kevin found a 2017 Ram Power Wagon on Cargurus and worked with John Opie Spencer over phone and email this past week and and set up a test drive for this morning. We left Cincinnati Ohio at 4:30 am and met Opie at 8:30 am Roanoke time and the Truck was cleaned and ready for test drive by the show room. It was exactly what my son had been looking for since October. John Gastman arranged a lift in the service area where the truck could be inspected under neath. No issues were found at all. One honest well cared for truck. Arron in finance had all paper work ready and we were on are way back to Cincinnati Ohio by 10 am . Great customer service and buying experience. If we are ever in need of another vehicle. We know where to check first. Well worth the travel time for an excellent vehicle and sales staff that create a great buying experience. I had put in a review about the problems with 2 vehicles I bought there and the service manager actually made fun of me but they didn't fix the same problems in either van.. I used them at least 2 times service could not figure out the problem I had with automatic doors of both vehicles kept telling me they could not duplicate the problem. I finally traded in the 2018 due to thi the problem I had with automatic doors of both vehicles kept telling me they could not duplicate the problem. I used Opie Spencer liked and trusted him well when I bought the 2019 he had me sign an Arbitrations thing that I could not sue them well guess what same problems with this vehicle that service still can not figure out or will not figure out. I have a disability that I need the automatic doors so it is not a luxury but a needed thing. I did not know I was signing this qt all so I trusted the devil and he stabbed me in the back. Do not buy dodge and do not buy from Roanoke motors and watch better what you are signing. I trusted him and Oh Well! They got my money and I have pain from automatic doors that do not work too often. More

Recently we took our Jeep into the dealership for axel shaft seal to be replaced. That work was completed but upon leaving we noticed significant pull to the left. We took it back and they explained it wa shaft seal to be replaced. That work was completed but upon leaving we noticed significant pull to the left. We took it back and they explained it was a sticking caliper. We declined to have them fix it and took it elsewhere. Found that the on the passenger front only 1 lug was tight. Other 4 where hand tight. Our 16 year old daughter drives this vehicle. Thankfully tire didn’t come off and cause an accident. This is unacceptable and we won’t be back…. More
