Recently we took our Jeep into the dealership for axel shaft seal to be replaced. That work was completed but upon leaving we noticed significant pull to the left. We took it back and they explained it wa shaft seal to be replaced. That work was completed but upon leaving we noticed significant pull to the left. We took it back and they explained it was a sticking caliper. We declined to have them fix it and took it elsewhere. Found that the on the passenger front only 1 lug was tight. Other 4 where hand tight. Our 16 year old daughter drives this vehicle. Thankfully tire didn’t come off and cause an accident. This is unacceptable and we won’t be back…. More
