I used them at least 2 times service could not figure out the problem I had with automatic doors of both vehicles kept telling me they could not duplicate the problem. I finally traded in the 2018 due to thi the problem I had with automatic doors of both vehicles kept telling me they could not duplicate the problem. I used Opie Spencer liked and trusted him well when I bought the 2019 he had me sign an Arbitrations thing that I could not sue them well guess what same problems with this vehicle that service still can not figure out or will not figure out. I have a disability that I need the automatic doors so it is not a luxury but a needed thing. I did not know I was signing this qt all so I trusted the devil and he stabbed me in the back. Do not buy dodge and do not buy from Roanoke motors and watch better what you are signing. I trusted him and Oh Well! They got my money and I have pain from automatic doors that do not work too often. More

Recently we took our Jeep into the dealership for axel shaft seal to be replaced. That work was completed but upon leaving we noticed significant pull to the left. We took it back and they explained it wa shaft seal to be replaced. That work was completed but upon leaving we noticed significant pull to the left. We took it back and they explained it was a sticking caliper. We declined to have them fix it and took it elsewhere. Found that the on the passenger front only 1 lug was tight. Other 4 where hand tight. Our 16 year old daughter drives this vehicle. Thankfully tire didn’t come off and cause an accident. This is unacceptable and we won’t be back…. More
