I just recently bought a new 2023 truck there only had 17 miles on it. Not only did they try to sneak in an extra $5000 on the deal. When I brought that to the attention of the finance lady she still snuck i miles on it. Not only did they try to sneak in an extra $5000 on the deal. When I brought that to the attention of the finance lady she still snuck in extra money by removing it from the tax line and placing it on the vehicle. When I arrived after flying in from Missouri I was blindsided with a huge scratch down the fender of the truck. I got a we owe on a new fender and trim for the windows as they were dented. I have been told it is in the mail but I have not received a tracking number for the fender and one of the window trims was scratched when it arrived. I have sent pictures to the sales manager via email and have not gotten a response. I got a survey from them at 11pm last night and when I clicked on it this morning it said my link had expired. Do yourself a favor and get a truck anywhere else. Even if you think it’s a great deal. It’s not. They are super shady. I now have to file complaints with all kinds of people just because they don’t want to be transparent. I also have a feeling getting my tags is going to be a problem. Seeing as they took the extra money they were trying to sneak in off the tax line so I still end up over paying for the truck from the deal we made and I will probably end up owing more taxes. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. More

If you enjoy having your time wasted, your hopes crushed, and your credit run for absolutely no reason—then boy, do I have the dealership for you! After running the credit I found out they sold it to someone and your credit run for absolutely no reason—then boy, do I have the dealership for you! For this dealership, a 1 star is too much! Horrible dealership! We tried to pay cash for a New truck because they are advertising taking $20,258 off their 2024 trucks and the sale guy gave us Horrible dealership! His response was, " No wonder we are getting so many calls today!" telling us, "That's yesterday's prices!" "Our website is wrong!" Can you say that would be false advertising!!! it says its good to May 5, 2025 from what I saw! I guess they don't want to sell their trucks! No wonder why they have so many! Yes, I said- Cash! Worst car purchase experience of my life. I was looking to save a little bit of money buying a used low mileage 23/24 nissan Rogue, so I found on autotrader that this dealer had a very nice o I was looking to save a little bit of money buying a used low mileage 23/24 nissan Rogue, so I found on autotrader that this dealer had a very nice one, it was listed at $21.991, so i gave them a call spoke with Ray Lugo, as fast as i showed interest on the car they raised the price to $24.175, and the didn't want to honor the listed price that i had printed on. When they gave me the purchase price there were a lot of extras that I didn't want like appearance package, nsd etch, lojack & first year maint tottaling $1700, so they forced me to buy them, but you sing a contract that says you do not have to buy this to purchase their car. My credit score is impeccable but they hit with a 8.99 % interest rate with a credit union. When i finally get to the finance dept they put a video of the all extras that you should buy to protect your car and to get you dizzy and tired while they make you sign papers that you have no idea what they are . So the finance guy Anthony Russel played as the good guy, he play as he is going to get you a better rate bc he knows how to talk with banks and he is not afraid. So the good news are if you make a bigger down payment and purchase all this packages that you don't really need they could get me a 6.74% rate you will be paying the same monthly with or without those packages a $3000 more to finance. Now that they screwed me over with all those extra fees and packages that i do not want and want to cancel them it will take 60 days to refund my money to the lender. My car was purchased originally 12/2024 so it has a two year left on bumper to bumper warranty but the sold me an extra warranty for two years, my car is already depreciated but the sold me a gap insurance that in case of a total loss it will do nothing bc my car is already depreciated and a road hazard that i don't want. Tomas Urena the sales person was terrible, he stole the sale from Ray Lugo the person i originally spoke with, he didn't even pay attention to my needs. Requested to speak with the manager and he said the manager didn't talk to customers. I feel like i was robbed in a very bad way from all departments of this dealer. I do not recommend this dealer or their employees. More
