Came in for a specific problem and request. Asked to have USB hub changed out. Within 30 seconds writer said no whole radio needs to go. Asked him to please look at it have the tech look at it. Also said I would pay for the hub and if didn’t fix it then we can go from there. Calls after lunch and says that need new radio. That tech plugged in usb cord and that’s how he knows. No scan, no troubleshooting just an update from service writer for commission. Picked up truck and took to a trusted mechanic across town. Changed out usb hub ($40 part) and problem solved. I’ll never be back for anything, not first incident with service. Multiple incidents of dishonesty and or incompetence, either way we can’t do business. Good bye More
The “Express Service” sign should be taken off the building. An oil change and software update took 4+ hours. The service advisor did not keep me updated and was nowhere to be found. If I could give a Lower grade I would. I paid $2000 and the very same day my car ran hot. Returned that day and for more than a week your techs were supposed to be working on my car. Your dealership took nearly 3 months to say that I needed a new engine that your associate quoted for over $17,000. Very disappointing to have my car serviced at your location. More
