Joe in finance was knowledgeable and kind however, I was uncomfortable with the choice of words being used several times, such as “my name, did you hear me?” Or “my name, you’re not listening”. After addressing this, Joe was apologetic and the process went well. We will return and ask for Gabriel if we ever need another Dodge. More
