Typical Stealership, lure you in with low prices online then try to charge you sticker price once there. Was promised they would credit us back $150 charge if we would mail them the title of our trade-in, then try to charge you sticker price once there. Bought a used Durango over two weeks ago. At the point of delivery, I noted some items missing. When I asked for the issue to be rectified, I was ignored and ghosted. It’s been over two weeks and no one has reached out to me. I also have not received any purchase paperwork or warranty information etc. I will likely not purchase from this dealer again. They only care about making the sale and don’t give a crap about anything after that! Really disappointed and frustrated. More
