I dealt with Wilfredo! Very nice! Good professional. Didn’t appreciate the “come-on,” regarding your price listed on CARFAX, then inflating the price afterward! Very decept Very nice! Next time, (and I couldn’t care less, because there will be no next time) your dealership should accurately list the car, for the real amount! Not have $2,500 in incidentals added to the advertised price! I have no respect for CARFAX, nor will I ever trust their pricing! More

The salesman was great when I first contacted them about a truck. After doing my research and asking many questions the salesman became less responsive. I was quoted a discounted price listed on their web a truck. After doing my research and asking many questions the salesman became less responsive. I was quoted a discounted price listed on their website for the vehicle and during my research time the online price was changed back to MSRP. The truck was eventually sold to me for the originally quoted discounted price but I had to push for that. Once I made the decision to purchase the truck the attitude seemed to change to where I felt like they were doing me a favor for selling me the truck. I was very specific to the salesman and tie finance manager how I needed the vehicle registered and titled and was assured it would be done that way. After the deal was done and I returned home I realized it had been done incorrectly ( my fault for taking their word that it had been done correctly). The calls I made to the finance manager to rectify this went unanswered. Prior to leaving with the new vehicle I had expected the salesman to show me how to use and set up some of the many technology features on the vehicle and point out the many great features of the vehicle but he had to “run to another meeting”. I guess when supply is low and demand is high one can get away with lackluster sales experiences. More
