I wish I could put audio clips here since they called my recorded line on google voice so y]all could listen the conversation I had with them. They tell you its already applied to the vehicle when you tell them you don't want it. Well its not true because i used to sell cars for over 10 years and we always applied protection packs right before the delivery and its not something I recommend you pay for because you can get it cheaper outside of the dealer. And do not deal with a salesperson named "Reyhan". He is pushy and every word came out of his mouth is a lie. the guy says he is been in the business for 30 years and he said he is 55 years old yet he sounds like he is on early 20's. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD GET FINED THRU CHRYSLER AND GOVERNMENT FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND VIOLATING KCPA LAW WHICH I'LL BE COMPLAINING ABOUT.
