I took delivery of my car on Saturday. On Sunday I discovered one of the tires had a bubble on it, which is a safety issue. This tire was replaced on Monday, no questions asked. I bought my newest car at Rob Sight, from Matt and Rich. It was pre-owned, and a Buick, not a Ford. The price was around $3k under what I’d seen at different dealers. They were easy to work with, friendly and respectful. So today, an issue came up, and I called, a little upset about it. I spoke with Abby in the service dept, and she took care of everything. She, and Rich and Matt, went so far above and beyond what they needed to, in order to help me and make it all as convenient for me as possible, which is like 1000x more convenient than what I was expecting. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that was as dedicated to helping their customers, even after the sale was finished. I would recommend them to anyone, and would definitely buy from them again.
