I had located a car by surfing the net and took the plunge to look at it after work,both my wife and I were blown away with the no pressure assistance. From filling the gas tank, don't get me started about a prior instance of running out of gas years ago testing a car, to working with us getting the credit rate and terms that kept us on our budget, Winn and Tony are professional, helpful class acts. Superb Experience I had been researching the Ford Edge on-line for nearly a year when I found myself spending a month in the Kansas City area. After multiple, exhaustiv I had been researching the Ford Edge on-line for nearly a year when I found myself spending a month in the Kansas City area. After multiple, exhaustive on-line research sessions, I honed in on Rob Sight Ford because their prices were, by far, the lowest in town. I had a couple of used cars in mind when I drove over to the dealership. However, I mistakenly went to the new car showroom. Derek was the first person I encountered. Although he was a new car salesman, he was more than happy to help me with my used car query. We looked at several and test drove one. I wasn't wholly sold on the vehicle, but couldn't pinpoint why that was since it met nearly all my required elements. Derek was able to expertly, and aptly, guide me to a new car purchase - not because of some hard pressed sales pitch. Rather, he had taken the time to understand what I was really looking for in a vehicle, long term ownership goals, etc, and was then able to point me in the direction of the vehicle I ultimately took home - literally off the showroom floor! He was fun to work with, and how many people leave a dealership thinking, "that was fun!" Their prices are so fair, it negates the need to "haggle" for hours on end, which saves everyone time and money. I worked with Ty for the financing. Once again, another amiable salesman who made the experience pleasant - rather hilarious actually! He was able to get me a rate that was in line with the rate offered by my bank, without the need for a barrage of paperwork. All in all, Rob Sight Ford delivered a quality vehicle for an excellent price and gave me a more than fair credit for my trade-in. Everyone was helpful, non-pressuring and laid back. The trade-in was paid off promptly too - I have encountered difficulties, regarding payoffs, with other dealerships in the past. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Derek and Ty based on my personal experience and will definitely return when I am ready for my next Ford purchase! More

I love this dealership! I first was associate with them through the Service Department and swore that I would come back when it was time to purchase a new car.
