Instead, they went ahead and did almost $1,000 of work on my car WITHOUT my permission. I declined the extra work online, I never signed any agreement, and the car is ONLY in my name. Instead of calling me to get my approval, they took a phone call from my husband, who is not on the title and has no legal ownership, and used that as their excuse. Then they had me come up there like I just had $900 sitting around and held my car until I paid $976.71 so I could get back to work. I was stressed and crying, paying for work I never asked for. This felt like they took advantage of me on purpose, and people need to know this before trusting them with their car.” More
